With experience in the real estate, finance, and hospitality industries, Peltrie Place has a vast network of investors with institutional experience. Peltrie Place and its partners currently own residential, hospitality, and commercial assets in Washington D.C., Virginia, Maryland, and New York.
Beyond development, Peltrie Place finds unique opportunities to support charitable organizations in the communities it serves via the Peltrie Cares program.
